There’s a feeling of a city that is comfortable with itself. Adelaide doesn’t feel the need to compete with others, to have the tallest building, or the most unusual architecture – and why should it? A vast green carpet of parkland surrounds a buzzing, compact city centre, which is easy to get around, be it by car or foot. Along with a great climate, some of the lowest unemployment rates in Australia, and a booming economy, it is surely one of the best places you could choose to live.
