Whether you are arriving to start your new life, visiting temporarily to validate your visa or simply here on a fact-finding visit, our on-arrival services will be of use to you.

We will be there to meet you at the airport and get you to your accommodation. If we have not already organised an itinerary for the other services you require then we will do this, give you some basic local information to get you started, and then leave you to settle in and get over your jet-lag so you will be fit and ready to enjoy your introduction to the area.

If you need a hire car we can help you to organise one and help you to pick it up. We give you advice about local driving, parking and public transport via our information pack.

If you are in self catering accommodation we can arrange a hamper of groceries, including some local specialities (complementary service for full Welcome Pack clients) so you don't need to find the shops straight away.

If you are in unfurnished rental accommodation we can loan you basic items such as crockery, cutlery and spare beds until your own things are delivered.

We will help you to sort out any problems with your phone or internet connection so you can contact your relatives as soon as possible.

You will have full access to our Adelaide based team by telephone should there be any queries or difficulties in your first few days.
